Avatars
How to use the free avatars / icons / graphics section:
Find the free avatars you want and simply right click on any of them and choose "Copy". Then right click on your computer desktop or an avatars folder that you've made and choose "Paste". This will download the avatar, so you will always have it. Then, if you want to use the avatars on the web in a forum, MySpace page, MSN messenger, blog, message board, or email, just upload it to a free image hosting site, such as www.photobucket.com or imageshack.us. You'll generally want to copy the IMG tag into your posts on the web. Enjoy!
Note to dialup users:
The avatars section is heavy with animated avatars and these animated gifs can take a long time to load. All the pages are full, except possibly the last page of a given category, and they all work smoothly, which you can see once you get the avatar you want by itself.
Latest Avatars Section Updates.
The Star Wars Avatars have been updated. Other major updates included the addition of 32 new Transformer avatars (many from the new 2007 Transformers Movie), 84 Halo avatars (In honor of the Halo 3 release, we got a little carried away), 30 X-Men avatars and 6 Lord of the Rings avatars, along with a few other additions.
